David Bowers, contemporary pop art exhibitions

Dave Bowers’ contemporary pop art has been showcased in galleries across the world, from America to Europe and Asia. Taking his influences from growing up in Melbourne’s outer-west suburbs, his paintings are crafted using a variety of media and materials – from plywood and cardboard to acrylics and oil sticks.

The appeal of Bowers’ art spans across styles and themes, taking inspiration from his surroundings and landscape. From the industrial machinery of his childhood to more modern pop art created off the back of grungy graffiti in Melbourne’s streets, Bowers’ artistry is captivating.

Past exhibitions have included sold-out shows across Australia and the globe, from the Darwin Festival to Bowers’ own 10 year retrospective exhibition, in Melbourne’s Brunswick Street. While the art work on display has changed, the high-quality craftsmanship and unique subject matter art lovers have come to expect from Bower is always on show.

Please contact Dave if you would like to enquire about upcoming art exhibitions or purchasing his works.
